In these terms and conditions, the expressions "we", "us" and "our" are a reference to Coztero Inc. the owner of the website.

Taxes, Fees, and Duties

When, or after delivery is made, there may be fees, duties, import/export, and excise taxes, as well as other fees or assessments which may be assessed or levied by any national, State, or local government and any of their departments and subdivisions about the ordered products. These charges are not included in the original shipping charge and must be paid by you in addition to the amounts stated on our website. You will not be entitled to payment or reimbursement by Coztero for those charges.

If you fail to pay the required fees, duties, taxes, or assessments and the items are returned to us, we will provide you with a refund for the returned products minus the return delivery costs. This will take place once the return arrives back at our head office.

If you are unsure of the charges and whether you will be affected, please contact your local customs office.

Ordering Procedure

You may offer to purchase products described on this website for the specified price. 

Your order must contain some of your personal information such as your name, email address, billing address, postal address, credit card details, and any other ordering information specified on this website. 

When you place an order to purchase a product from Coztero, an email will be sent to you confirming receipt and details of your selected order. 

The acceptance of this offer to purchase will be at the time we dispatch that product to you and a confirming email in this regard is sent. Customers will receive an email confirmation and tracking number on dispatch of the item(s). 

If payments are not successfully received by Coztero or stock is not available, Coztero has the right to cancel the order, in this event customers are notified immediately. 

We are at no time liable for lost or un-received items when a tracking number has been provided, stating that the order has been delivered.

If you have lost or misplaced your tracking number we will happily forward it to you along with your order confirmation. 

If you wish to cancel your order immediately after purchasing, please email info@coztero.com with your order number and reason. Please note, our dispatch team works extremely fast, which means that we can not guarantee cancellations as we may have processed and dispatched your order before receiving your email.

Pre-Orders

We allow our customers to pre-order their items so that they can reserve their purchase on limited-stock items. Please review all conditions of sale before proceeding with placing a pre-order.

• If your order contains both in-stock items as well as pre-order items, we will hold the entire order until the pre-order item's arrival date before dispatching.
• Items marked as available for pre-order will be shipped as soon as stock arrives at our warehouse. Please note: Although we try to be as transparent as possible, we cannot always guarantee the arrival of stock on the estimated date.
• If you are wanting the available items to be sent first, your pre-order items will then have an additional shipping cost involved.

Payments

Coztero only accepts payments using the credit card types as shown, as well as Paypal. We are unable to process any other payment forms at this time. 

Orders will not be dispatched until payment has been successfully received. 

All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD). For foreign customers please refer to our website currency converter for up-to-date exchange rates. 

If complications take place at the time of purchase or you are having trouble placing an order, please either fill in the form on the contact us page or email us at info@coztero.com.

Shipping

Orders will be processed for shipment within 24 hours of receipt Monday to Saturday. Items will not be shipped on Sundays or public holidays but will be processed and ready for next business day. 

Orders will be shipped via USPS within the United States, and DHL Express and USPS internationally.

International: 

We send our international parcels using DHL Express (3-5 Days) & Pack & Track Standard (15-20 Days).

Coztero is protected under the United States Copyright Act (1976). Coztero is also a (™) trademarked logo. Your use of this website does not grant you any rights to use our trademarks.

Amendments to Terms and Conditions

Coztero reserves the right to make changes to this site and these terms and conditions at any given time.

Promotional Codes

Promotional codes must be used at the time of purchase. Promotional codes cannot be used with a past order. Promotional codes can only be used within the specified time frame and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers. There is a limit of one (1) promotional code at the time of checking out. 

Color Matching

We do our absolute best to color-match our garment photography to how our items look in real life. However, colors do tend to appear differently on different monitors, and we can’t guarantee a 100% match in color.

As linen is a natural fiber, there may be slight variations in some colors between seasons, making your linen purchase unique to you.

Stains

Coztero is not liable for any self-inflicted stains or damage to garment/s from the use and application of tanning oils or sunscreen that contain carroten tanning oil.
