We accept returns for Store Credit or Refund. Please carefully read our policy below to check your return eligibility.
If you need to Exchange for a different style/size, please request a Store Credit. You can then re-purchase your preferred style/size in your own time.

The postage and handling costs of return shipping are incurred by the customer, not Coztero. It is recommended to keep note of your inbound tracking as Coztero is not liable for any packages lost in transit.
You must include the following with your return item(s):
A completed Return Slip. Please ensure all sections of the slip are completed correctly to ensure fast processing.
The returning garment(s) with tags attached in unworn condition.
Please note: all items are inspected by our staff upon arrival. We try our best to accept all items returned to us, however, please observe our conditions below.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS:
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns sent back outside this period will not be accepted.
All original tags must remain attached to the item(s).
Item(s) must be unworn and returned in original condition.
OUR POLICY:
Refunds and store credits can only be processed for orders made through our online store. Orders placed with one of our stockists must be returned via the stockist.
Returns that do not include the completed Return Slip will be returned to the sender.
Although we try our absolute best to process refunds and store credits as soon as possible, this can take up to 7 business days.
Sale items marked as ‘FINAL SALE’ or items located on the 'CLEARANCE' section of our website are final and cannot be returned, other than in the event of them being faulty.
A store credit/gift card can not be used in conjunction with any other discount codes at checkout.
Postage & handling fees of a return are incurred by the customer, not Coztero.
In the unlikely event that an item is defective on arrival, please contact info@coztero.com stating your order number in the subject line. Please include a picture of the fault. We will happily organize a replacement once we have inspected the item.
For any self-inflicted damages to the product after purchase, Coztero will not be held liable. Therefore no replacement will be given.
