 All orders are processed Monday through Saturday and are shipped out within 24 hours of placement (always quicker when we can), excluding Sundays and public holidays. For all orders received before 12 pm (US ET) on business days, will be dispatched on the same day. As soon as orders have left our warehouse they are out of Coztero’s control and are in the trusting hands of USPS, DHL, and/or FedEx. Please ensure your email address is correct at checkout so you can receive your tracking number from us.

Please note that Coztero will not be held responsible for items that are left unattended by your local postal service. Once an item states ‘delivered’ on our tracking system, you must take up any inquiries with USPS, DHL, or FedEx. 

Please note: the below timeframes are estimates based on the information we receive from our shipping partners. If shipments are delivered in a reasonable timeframe outside of these expectations, Coztero Inc. is not liable for any shipping cost reimbursement or in-transit order cancellation.
